we are just too busy with our own lives to notice this celebrity hoopla. i guess you are right… diminishing attraction it is.

Do you think celebrities secretly disdain the type of people who care about reading celebrity gossip?

Even though it’s such people who made them famous in the first place?

probably. how would you like being caught with your mistress on camera for the whole world to see? or going to the beach with your 8 kids and being put on the front page as one of the worst beach bodies.. seriously. some of it is just too much. i don’t care about their personal lives. they got married? cool. had a kid? cool. but i don’t want to hear the gory details, and anyone who does.. well.. they should probably try living their own life.

anyways, i don’t have this interest. so imagine my surprise when i got a US weekly magazine in the mail.. it’s like a messed up joke or something. the chick from Twilight -have no idea what her name is- equated seeing paparazzi photos of herself to it being like seeing photos of herself being sexually assaulted. lol! i can imagine seriously. it’s like an invasion of your privacy. if there weren’t people who were interested in this stuff, then sleazy photographers wouldn’t be taking messed up photos of every move you make. they wouldn’t be chasing you, peeking in your windows, camping on your lawn and in some cases even physically grabbing you to take your picture.

i like my space, who doesn’t. i imagine so do they.. though they don’t get it. it’s like people forget, they are human beings too. they aren’t alive and breathing just for our amusement.
