Subrosan Is An Example Of The New Way Indie Films Are Made
In this article the author discusses how social media marketing and article submissions along with other internet marketing techniques are the tools of the new indie filmmaker. This article was written prior to the release of all five episodes of the Subrosan web series. As of the publishing of this article Episode 2 – Cremation of Care has been released and Episode 1 has moved up to #3 on the Web Series Network.
During the summer of 2012 and on July 7th to be exact the web series Subrosan got it’s start. The creators of the story, Dwayne and Lisa Ardoin Coots, had over the prior two years worked to learn the skills of screen writing and video production. During a similar time frame, Sharon Denise Talbot, who is the sister of Lisa Ardoin Coots, was working as an extra in the growing movie business, in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Dwayne Coots and Mark Talbot, the husband of Sharon Denise Talbot, were developing a web property and internet consulting business started by Dwayne Coots over a decade earlier. A comment made by Sharon Denise Talbot regarding the difficulty that people in the movie industry were having in getting reels or video portfolios completed sparked the interest of Dwayne Coots and Mark Talbot. Out of this opportunity the Subrosan Entertainment Group was born.
Dwayne Coots immediately drew upon his years of internet marketing experience to come up with the word Subrosan. The word Subrosan is a variation of Latin meaning under the rose. Subrosan did not exist on the Internet before this point. As a result of this research and decision making process the work Subrosan soon rose in the search engine results or in the SERPs. When Indie film makers get started in the business if they plan to market their projects on the Internet they should take the time or hire someone to take the time to do this.
The success of the web series Subrosan is as a result of their completing the following steps:
1. Researching the name of the film or project in advance. This allowed Subrosan to advance in the search engine results.
2. Involving the actors and crew by giving them an opportunity to benefit from the success of Subrosan.
3. Educating everyone involved in the ways they could help with Subrosan. This is important since most people are not aware of this process.
As of the date of the publication of this article the first two episodes have been released:
Subrosan Web Series Episode 1 – The Challenge
Subrosan – Web Series Episode 2 – Cremation of Care
The first two episodes are increasing in popularity and are moving higher in the search engine results. The reviews have been amazing and anticipation of the remaining 3 of the total 5 episodes is growing.
This project was totally funded by investors from Louisiana other than contributions from contributors on their IndieGoGo page.
Stay tuned and you will see the new wave of Indie film making develop in front of your eyes.

Subrosan – A Dark Original Thriller for Adults What the idea behind the web series Subrosan?
Subrosan – A Dark Original Thriller for Adults
What the idea behind the web series Subrosan?
Subrosan is an intricate secret society mystery targeted to grownups. It is being produced as a web series with expanded digital and DVD distribution.
Subrosan takes off as a straightforward street story and expands into a serial mystery\/thriller. The work on Subrosan to this point has been to generate the environment and tenor into a vehicle for real storytelling.
This humble venture may not be remedying world hunger, but the Subrosan narrative delivers a potent and valuable message to society. They probe conspiracy theory from a new vantage and probe the sub rosa world of the power elite from the inside out. We train our story on utopians, the illuminati, eugenicists, secret societies, etc. (Sorry, no vampires here. But we do have lots of reptilian Annunaki!)
Subrosan follows the lead character, Ray Roche. He’s a bootleg wannabe private investigator with a smooth New Orleans style. Ray is also dealing with some difficult personal challenges. We pick up Ray’s story as life is starting to look good for him: a couple of paying jobs, a hot new assistant, a hot new client, and plenty of coffee …
Our log line: A down on his luck street hustling private eye teams up with an obsessed college student and a gentle but tortured priest to investigate a powerful occult underworld hidden in plain sight.
Want to help Pick up the check this ground breaking series exposing the Illuminati underworld? Check out the Subrosan project on IndieGoGo for ways they will show appreciation for helping them produce Subrosan. You can be part of Subrosan and be in the Web Series backing business at any level.

Trust No One…. Believe Nothing…
There’s something in the air. Floating down the Mississippi River, wafting through the French Quarter Streets, swirling around the skyscrapers in the CBD, New Orleans is full of whispers, some you can substantiate and some you just can’t quite pin down. I have it on good authority that all the buzz about the new web series “Subrosan” is as factual as you can get. This project is taking the film industry by storm with its renegade concept. Production will begin shortly on the first season. This is one you do not want to miss. So what exactly is Subrosan? Subrosan is a dramatic series conceived and written by creative genius, Dwayne Coots. It is being produced by the Subrosan Entertainment Group, a collective of actors, artists and creative professionals who are inspired to create and perform. The story opens by introducing us to a down on his luck, street hustling, private eye who teams up with an obsessed college student and a gentle, but tortured priest to investigate a powerful occult underworld hidden in plain sight. Subrosan is a Latin variation meaning “under the rose” and takes us twisting and turning through a labyrinth filled with dark secrets and even darker forces woven into the tapestry of everyday lives. Set in and around New Orleans, this saga is blanketed in the same clandestine history and airs of mystery that envelope the Crescent City. The plot is deep and disturbing and the characters just a little too familiar for comfort. Keep your friends close, but beware, your enemies are closer.
Subrosan will be the show that you wait for all week.
