I got a little sidetracked here =)
But what I mainly wanted to state is that I believe being “famous” is nothing other than having the opportunity to reach out to the world, share and teach. I realise that it’s a big responsibility and a lot of miss interpretations occur, that is sad, I agree.
I generally don’t understand the fuss on press, I don’t watch TV or read any sort of celebrity mags, so I don’t really know the extent of the stalking. And yes, one should frown and laugh at it, but it seems to be a natural development of our society. People seek comfort in people they see in the media?
Why? Probably because they feel alone and have little access to actual people in their surroundings.
We must show sympathy at their tragedy.
Charlie, be glad you’re “famous” for something beautiful, famous for being yourself. And focus on all the good you have been able to achieve.
Don’t let negative circumstances bring you down.
